Our website and/or service doesn't intend to collect data about website visitors under 16, unless they have permission of parents or guardian. However, we can't check if children are under 16. The Timeshare Foundation doesn't take decisions based on automated processing on issues that might have (significant) consequences for persons. It concerns decisions that are taken by computer programs or -systems, without a person (for example an employee of the Timeshare Foundation) being involved.
The Timeshare Foundation doesn't store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realise the goals they are collected for. The retention period is max. 2 years calculated from the data of the related agreement, unless a legal obligation prescribes a different retention period.
The Timeshare Foundation doesn't sell your data to third parties and will only provide them if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data in our assignment to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
